St. Louis BBQ Ribs

Is your mouth watering yet? Mine is just thinking about these St. Louis BBQ ribs. Amy claims that they are a cinch to slow roast. I believe it, but the bold and zesty flavor is not easy to come by. Here’s our secret.

Have you ever heard of Penzey’s spices? It’s a national spice outlet with limited store fronts, kinda hard to find, but there are three in Minnesota – Uptown, St. Paul and Lakeville. Amy rubbed the BBQ 3000 spice blend onto the ribs and then smothered them with Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce.
