Dinnerboy apologizes for the gaps in posts. I am currently on a 7 day mega-trip about the country.
This post goes back to the night before we left for Chicago. On such nights, the cupboard and refrigerator are totally bare. We scrounge for dinner.
On this night, we waved up some chicken patties and Ruffles. It did the job.
My next two posts will take you to my hometown of Chicago, where I’ll share my passion for Mexican fast food and proper pizza. From there, it’s onto to Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
